Returns & Exchanges

All international orders are final sale.

We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email your order number to jamie@jamesjohnsonjewelry.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
